unknown bumps

just the other day i decided to take a closer look at a bump ive been feeling on my croch area, where my thigh ends and my vagina begins. It felt like an ingrown hair which i get all the time but then looking closer and feeling it i can see and with a tweezer feel a tiny little hole but no hair comming out of it. the tiny hole is on the edge of a bump of something hard underneath my skin. what is this??

about two days ago i found another bump (which is probably what led me to look closly at these two bumps) in the same area, but this one is a little closer to my vagina but still is not internal. it is on the skin sourounding. i thought this one was going to be the same thing but its not. its pretty sore and its smaller and not as hard and is sensitive to the touch. i can't see a hair comming out.

i've only had two sexual partners... one being years ago, and then now i have had a steady boyfriend for over 2 years. i asked him if he has any bumps and he said no. im worried about this second bumb especially since it doesn't look like a hair... i don't know if i should go to the doctor
help!!
