hi
im 17, nearly 18 and have been experiencing pain in my knees below my knee cap, more in my left leg, but pain in each.
i dont remember injuring them, they hurt when i walk around and gets worse when doing sport or walking up and down steps
Hey I had this problem to, but the pain below the knee cap turned into a lump. I went to the doctor and confirmed it as Osgood Schlatters disease which is commo for people of our sort of age (14-16) I think the only thing to do was rest and apply RICE (Rest Ice Compression Elevation) when the knee really hurts. My condition died down but i have friends who still have the lump and pain, a year and a half after it originally started. Hope i was some help to you.
