unknown tiny lumps around scrotum?

Hi i have had this for quite some time now. I am 17 and although I've had sex with 4 different people, I am almost certain none of them had any sort of genital herpes or STD's, and I always used condoms. They are small lumps on the underside of my penis and all over my ballsack. THey look like they could be pimples but they are just tiny white lumps. they do not itch or anything like that and are not 'furry' or inflamed in anyway. Im really scared that ive got genital warts or something and I need 2 know if i do. Any help?

Hi i too have had what ever it is for a while i havent had any sexual partne beacuse i am only 13 i have the same symptoms the tiny white lumps not itchy and everything that was discripted in the post above its had me scared for a while i cheked web md and everything but sofar no name for it or record of it. im glad to find someone else that i can relate to about this

i have them too, some of them will pop, but others dont, and there are a lot of them.
