unprocted sex,no peroid for 2 months,have peroid for 2 weeks and counting,very bad cramps miscarage?

i had unprocted sex with my boyfriend about 2 months ago and i missed 2 peroids and mine are always the beginin of the month i got my peroid in the middle of april which is very unlike my body and iv had it for nearly 2 weeks and it normally lasts 4-5 days every time!!! i have bad blood clotts and have to change my tampon every half hour i am gettin very bad cramps i feel like im dyin some dayz its horrible i jus get them from nowhere i would just get a peircing pain and be screamin nearly with pain could i be havin a miscarage?? plz help

my ex had said that he was ''fixed'' and we had unprotected sex. i then skipped a month of my period and then the next month started bleeding contantly and heavily. it looks like it could be dirty blood as its brownish. ive been bleeding for almost 3weeks now and have something similar to period pain. i havent been feeling myself . i have had a sucessfull pregnancy 10months ago and has been having a few pregnancy symtoms . i did 3 hpt and all came back neg. i dont have health insurance so i cant see a doctor.. is this a miscarage or what could be happening?
