unprotected anal sex, discharge and itching

Around 1 year ago I had unprotected anal sex with a guy. The following day I started to experience discomfort after passing stools, discharge and itching. I was living abroad at the time and didn't have private insurance so the doctor treated me blindly for all treatable STD's, gave me various creams and sent me to see a specialist over the next few months but the symptons still remained. I returned home recently and had an STD screening but all of the results came back negative.

Is it possible that the anal sex has damaged me inside causing the discomfort, discharge and subsequently the itching?

One thing that bothers me is that the itching is always in the same two places on my skin. I normally have the hair removed from my anal area and had done so on the day of the unprotected sex could this be a contributing factor?

Please help its been 1 year and my doctors don't seem to be much help! Rolling Eyes

if there is itching it may be herpes, herpes is hard to find with tests but itching don't lie...don't put on it any cream with cortisone if you don't want to worsen it...don,t touch there with your fingers...your body , if it's that will cope with it but it will take time....depending of the severity of the infection...good luck!
