i started my period on june 12 and ended it ( so i thought) june 16...i didn't bleeed on the 17th at all and i had unprotected sex and he finished in me. i started birth control on june 15 and it was only 3 days into my birth control that i had unprotected sex. i woke up this morning ( 18th) and ihave spotting and what not. what are my chances of getting preg since i had sex on june 17th only 3 days after starting bc. ? i need to know cuz i know your are suppose to use condoms up to one week after starting but i thought i was still on my period so i didn't want to worry about it and i don't want my bf to find out bout certain things cause we already had one pregnancy that ended in a miscarriage and he wants to wait a while before we have another one cuz that one was totally unexpected.

I would say that you wouldn't be pregnant. You would have needed to ovulate first. You would not have done that so soon after your period ended.
When you say you started your birth control in the 15th, does that mean that you are totally new to bc or is that you started again after your cycle?
You need to use alternate protection for more than a week if you are new to bc. You will need a whole month of another form of bc, as that is how long it takes for your body to adjust to the new hormone introduced to your body.
