i have been constipated and i have horrible gas pains all through my stomach and weird pains like around my belly buttonfor the past two weeks-sih.. also i have been urinating more often, but not enough to be a bother.. i also feel sort of weak and tired

about a week before my last period me and my boy friend had sex without a condom but he pulled out and i am on birth control but there are no guarentees that i'm not pregnant right? i am in a panic.. i have really bad panic attacks and anxiety too which doesn't help. i have this feeling that the sickness i have been feeling is because i am pregnant but i have no idea.. i really am at a loss and it is another week and a half before my next period.. help!?
