unprotected sex while on birth control

Hi, Im 16 and had an implanon implanted on the 9th of Nov this year, so thats13 days ago.

When I had it inserted we did a pregnancy test and it was certain that I was not pregnant, but the doctor told me to wait one week before having sex. So i waited one week and had sex exactly 7 days after i had the implanon implanted.

Is it possible that i could be pregnant?
How long exactly does the implanon take to kick in?
Would I have still ovulated? And is it possible that a sperm may have met one of my eggs?

Because I had my period exactly two weeks before i had the implanon inserted, so I would have been at the perfect time for ovulation if i had not had the implanon inserted.

Im worried that I may be pregnant because of this.

Also, is there any way of finding out if i am pregnant?
Do pregancy tests still work if you have the implanon inserted?

I am really stressing out.

But if you don't want your mum to know, how you get an implant without your mum's approval ?

Does your mum knows that you have an implant ?

Not all birth control methods are 100% effective against pregnancy.
