if u miss 2 days of your birth control pills and have sex on your ovulation date can u have implantation bleeding and cramps 3-4days later,but on the 3 day u restarted your pill. plus i have had a little back pain too, could i be pregnant

I suppose you could!If you miss two days in a role, you could got pregnant. If you got pregnant, taking bc pills won't help it unless in very high doses like in PLAN B pill.
