unsure if pregnat or something else is wrong with me

I had an abortion on feb. 24 and on march 31st i got my period.I had unprotected sex all of april using the withdrawal method with my husband (because i regret the abortion and want another baby. had an abortion due to several reasons.) ive had vaginal discharge with a bit of blood about 2 wks ago. it only lasted for 3 days. ive been really moody (crying and bitching), peeeing a lot, craving stuff, eating a lot, gained weight, and etc. ive had 2 pregnancies and experienced this with both pregnancies, i also had a bit of vaginal discharge with a bit of blood ONCE today. i'm unsure if i'm pregnant cuz i was due yesterday and i took a preg. test today (only 1 day late ) but test showed neg. Do you think something's wrong with me?
