I’ve noticed that my skin is soft and velvety to touch on my low back. I saw that some unusual scars appeared there. What could cause them? They don’t look attractive at all. What should I do with them?

This seems familiar to me. My daughter had unusual scars on her back which were caused by chicken pox virus she had had few years ago. Some defects in elastic fibers may occur as consequences. But as I heard there are other possible reasons for developing scars. It would be better for you to visit dermatologist.
