My boyfriend is 19 and he used to complain of sharp pain to his sides where his kidneys were. then he started having migrains. his side pains were so sharp that he could not lay down or do anything until it went away. then he got sick when it gets dark and he said that his nose started to bleed for no reason . what is wrong with him?
