I have had a cramp happen to me twice now in 2 days in my upper abdomen, in between the breasts and down a little. almost feeling like a leg cramp, where it lasts until i get up and move around. no other symptoms, but real sore afterwards and feeling like i am going to get another one. any clue as to what may be causing this?
