 hello , i hope someone could help me please,as iám very scare,
iám a 44 yrs. latin male, 5´7" height 100k weight.
about a year ago i went to company looking for a job, while at this company i had to be very close to a place in wich there was a guy gunspraying a fenolic resin to a fiberglass structure, the smell was so intolerable that i , immediatly felt like vomiting or nauseas. that same day , when i was returning to my house i experienced a sudden uper bowel movements and chest spasm, (not pain) wich scared me , as i´ve always been a healthy man. so an ambulace was called, and the paramedics checked my blood pressure ,as well the oxigen & sugar level in my blood, my hearth rythm, and else, and everything came just fine, but, the paramedic asked me if i had gastritis, and i answered that i used to, but not any more. then i realise that it was 6.30 pm and i dindt had any meal since last nigth dinner, so this paramedic told me that it was normal under this circumstances, that i should not worry.
the problem is that i still feel those spasms, and my stomach is always distended swell and sore.
i eat lots of tuna fish and vegetables, no white bread or flour, no carbonatated drinks, i walk 8 km. every day, my waiste is decreesing, but my belly isnt. i dont drink any alcohol, quit smoking 8 years ago, i dont eat fat foods, very little meet.
the esophagous x-ray doesnt show any hiatal hernious, or any other disorder, other doctor said it could be costocondritis, who knows, i just fear it could be my hearth.
i have never experienced shortness of breath or arm pain, i am allergic to moist or humedity, like when is about to rain or while at preparing a steamy soup or boiling water.
had experienced a couple of panic attacks, too.
please, any advise will be greatly appreciate.
