upper left abdomen... bruise? lesion?

I have this bruise on my upper left abdomen.
About 4 inches to the left and 2 inches above the navel
It is not painful.
Not sure how or when it formed,
but its been there for over a year now.

In the center is a reddish spot about 1/4 inch in diameter
and there are spider-like veins? surrounding it
about 2 inches in diameter.

I have not consulted a doctor
I have no medical insurance.

I searched the web for this symptom
and found no luck.

Can anyone help me?
