My seven month old has been seen at the MDA clinic. They said that he has an upper motor neuron dysfunction. As of now his MRI, EEG, and EMG has been "normal" so we are still waiting on the why of it.
He shows asymmetric symptoms. Not to mention they change with the day. He is in PT and will start OT. They also mentioned oromotor sensory.
Any help figuring out what an upper motor neuron dysfunction and oromotor sensory dysfunction is, maybe some possible causes, and possible treatments that they may use would be a great help.
I have noticed that if I have a better idea of things when I walk in the door then I know the questions to ask when I'm with a doctor.
