urination problem and delayed periods

this is second time i'm asking this question please somebody help me if know about that.
I have been suffering from painful urination for last month and my periods also have not been starting for last month. my doctor had my pregnancy test but it is negetive. he also had UTI test that is also showing negitive but i am still feeling burning and pain during urination and my periods are still delayed. Although I have completed antibiotics course, prescribed by doctor. I want to know, why my periods are delayed. Can urine infections be a cause of delayed menstrual periods? may i be still a pregnant.

Is your doctor a Urologist? If not get referred to one. If it is not a UTI-it could be any number of symptoms.
