am female 25. get urine infection once a month (for last 4 yrs), exactly between periods. urgent need to urinate but only a few drops or small amount is released. And I get a shiver running up my spine and then an overwhelming relaxed feeling. This problem rose after i had unprotected sex 4 yrs ago. could it be an std or urine infection?

Although I doubt that it could be a urine infection ( due to the fact that it has been happening for 4 yrs ). Go see a doctor and get tested.
