I would like to know why a stent is used after kidney stones are removed and what is it. also can you tell me what to expect when they go to remove it. since my surgery i am in more pain then before the operation. it is very painful on the right side when i urinated no burning just really bad pain that makes me cry. will this all go away after the stent is removed.Also will the swelling of my stomach go away after all this is done?
