about 2 weeks ago i had oral sex for the first time and then a week later i started seeing these bumps about the size of a pen cap top on the inside and semi-ooutside of my vagina lips. they are itchy and hurt sometimes when i itch them they blleed. i thought they would go away on their own but it almost seems like there are more showing up...or i just didnt notice how many there were. im worried....what should i do to treat it?
