vaginal discharge and not eating

Mu periods are regular and I am definitely not pregnant but 5 days after I finished my period I have got a lot of dark brown.red discharge, nearly as much as if i were having my period all over again!
3-4 weeks ago i started a wheat and dair free diet - does it have anything to do with it??? I have also stopped eating properly the last 2 weeks and am only eating one meal a day - could this have anything to do with it?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!

you may be having some discharge, as in blood thats still leaking out of your body. are u on any birth control pills? eating improperly is the WORST thing u can do. your body, especially on your period, needs the engery and nutrients to keep u going. never skip breakfast. it also helps u to lose weight, if thats one of ur goals....go to your doctor and ask him or her what they think. theyll prolly tell u to eat correctly and that, depeding on if ur on teh pill or not, u may need a higher dosage of birthcontrol.
