vaginal discharge laced with red blood

i'm 30 years old, never been pregnant and i do not believe that i am pregnant now. off & on over the past year, i have noticed that i will have a clear vaginal discharge laced with bright red blood...other times it will be brown or pink. i notice this after i've had a bowel movement that may have been a bit difficult and sometimes for no reason at all. i seem to notice it most about 1-2 weeks after my period, but it can happen at any time.

does anyone have a clue what this might mean? i know i should go to the ob/gyn, but would like to see what others have to say.

i am married, same partner for past 4 years and I do not use any kind of contraception...so i know that BC is not the culprit. thanks.

I have had the same for over 5 yrs now (am 44) the Dr. just says its the beginning of the change but I don't feel that way.
Now i have a mole in groin area that has changed to very dark.
They are going to be giving me a biopsy for Labia Cancer and or melonoma!
Very scary!!!
