I have a vaginal discharge, it is either clear or white, I do not have any pain or bumps down there. I got a pap smear this yearand never got a call back from the doc saying that anything was wrong and my b/f got tested for an std, which he does not have... what could this be? Is this natural?

well, just based on that, it sounds like normal ovulation, which isn't anything to worry about.
