vaginal lumps

i have noticed a black garden pea sized lump on the inside of my vulve lips please can u send me some advice.

Hello! I reckon it would be best if you went to see a doc because this lump you developed doesn’t sound like a common thing that usually may appear on labia (vaginal lips).

If the lump is very close to the vaginal opening, it is quite possible that this lump is Bartholin’s cyst. You didn’t say if it were painful or not. If it’s painful, it is quite possible that it got inflamed and that you will need a doc to drain it or remove it.
A cyst means that some secretion has accumulated due to duct blockage. If bacteria end up in there, it may lead to infection.

However, if you feel no pain or have no other symptoms, you may not need a treatment and may be advised just to have warm soak in a tub. If the infection was present, you would be given antibiotics.
If abscess has formed, it will be drained.

This, your lump may not be necessarily be Bartholin’s cyst. This is just a suggestion. It may be just a pimple that you had squeezed and squeezed until it turned black.
It is hard to say much without examination and proper info about the lump.
My advise would be to visit a doc!

i have a tissue lump inside my vaginal lip n when i press on it, it hurts like a bruise....
