vaginal problems

I am 14 going to be 15 on the 26th of this month and i have not started my period yet. Just like the lady called "SlimJim" there is a discharge like mucus coming from my vagina. It been going on for a while now but i am scared to say another to my family or doctor because im afraid of what it is and what they may think of me. It's like everytime I use the restroom the discharge is in my underwear and i can tell its there because i can feel it and its very discomforting. I have never been sexual active, never had my period, nothing like that so what could this be and how do i get RID of IT!!!???? Please Anyone any Anwsers??
