vaginal soreness, whitish discharge, exessive itching, plz help

Hi, I was a virgin until about a month ago. The first time it hurt, and it was about 3 hrs. long, My boyfriend says he does not have an STI and he checks himself every 3 months. A few days after, i started getting a weird white discharge, itching and from that discharge a rash. then i got my period and nothing. At the end of my period we had intercourse again and it was a little painful the first time he put it in, but then it was ok. I dont remember how long after, but i been getting the same exessive white discharge, which turns yellowish after it drys, and i have exessive itching which causes a rash (few pimples that go away in less than a day), every day. it is sore i think because i scratch and a couple of times ive seen little spots of blood on the toilet paper when i whipe. I have tried cleaning really good w/ soap and water, but is the same. Just a couple of days ago i felt like throwing up and have been burping(i dont know if this is relevant).
also we have not used a condom or lubricant.
i dont have money to go to a doctor and i dont want my parents to find out, i have not talked about this w/my boyfriend.
plz help i am really worried, i dont want to be pregnant or have an sti, if i do is it curable, how much does medication cost Question

I think what you are experiencing is BV (bacterial vaginosis). I had those same simptoms a while back... it began looking like water was comming our of there, and then it turned into a white-yellow thick liquid. And it always streaked yellow on my underware.
Also, another thing I felt was pain during intercourse, like lacerations inside you.
But dont worry, thats not an STD and what BV is is a bacterial infection and from what you described I think this is what you have. But remember that the symptoms for many STDs are also like the ones you mentioned so have yourself checked out.
Now about the money, the easiest think to do is look for a free STD/HIV testing clinic. They also test for things like vaginal infections. And they will usually give the medication to you for free.
The medications for this are not over the counter, and its usually Metronidazol or Clyndamiasin.
So if I were you find a doctor as soon as you can. And I probably would not have intercourse during this time because it will likely hurt.

i have the same symptoms, and i'm nervous because i don't want to have to tell my mom, or go to a doctor and have them tell me i have an std or something, i don't know what to do. i keep hoping they'll go away, but i don't know if they will.

i don't know how to say this, but recently, things have being happening to me. i get this white stuff coming out of me, and then it turns yellow, sometimes when i look in my underwear, it has some whitish yellowish stuff in it. it's kind of scarry to me cause i don't know what is really going on. i'm kind of scared. well maybe it's a gurl thing, cause my cousin said the same thing happened to her too, and it doesn't only happen once, it happens every 2 or 3 weeks. kind of wierd. please someone explain to me what is going on. Sad

As a previous person wrote, it most likely is BV. What can cause it, if you aren't using a condom, is most likely the male's hygenie. You might want to find out exactly how well he washes his ding-a-ling honey, if you know what I mean. As embarrassing as it is, he is your partner, and you should talk to him about it openly. It's NOT worth the itching, burning and pain sensations that is caused! =) Hope this helped you in any way possible. Good luck!
