help! when i am fingered or have sexual intercourse, my vagina lips swell. its nothing small, it is an incredible amout of swelling. it has been occuring for quite some time now, close to a month. i am fine until i try to have sex or anything goes into my vagina. is this serious?

You probably have Bacterial Vaginosis (BV), a common infection when the balance of bacteria is thrown off in the vagina. This is also called "Nonspecific Vaginitis". It can be cured easily by going to the doctor and getting some antibiotics. You might also have a yeast infection, in which the same thing can happen. Either way, see a doctor
