i think i have them,ifeel a clump of vains below my left testicle,,,can they be found thru a blood test ,and if i do have them how long could u go without getting surgery? (before it becomes permanently damaging to your sperm or body?
A doctor could tell just by looking and feeling of he testicles. As far as I know, varicocele occur above the testicles.
You can go without a surgery until you decide to become a father.
