I can't believe how many types of diets there are. It is not easy to decide to choose one of them. But when you have to do something then it should not be hard. I must stop eating meat because I am fat. Yes that's right. Can you tell me something more about vegetarian diet?

Don't be so hard to your self. You have made a good decision. First you should now that it is not only the meat you should stop eating. Food like eggs, cheese, milks milk products, and other animal products are forbidden in vegetarian diet. Eggs are allowed by lactoovovegetarians and semi vegetarians eat fish and fish products. Vegetarian diet is based on proteins, vitamins (B and D especially), iron, zinc and calcium.
