| Hi. I am a guy 22 years old and I want to know something about blood vessels. I am asking this question because my family has a history of heart diseases, so I would like to know more about every aspect of blood vessels. Some general stuff will be enough for now because I don't know much. |

| Hello, I will try my best to help you out. Blood vessels are all over the body as you probably know already. They are part of the circulatory system. The most important are arteries and veins and their role is to pass blood through your body. There are other classifications too. Types of other blood vessels: aorta – carries blood out of the heart, arterioles, capillaries (smallest ones), venules, etc. |
