very enlarged veins, after shower.....help?

Ive noticed, that my problem "appears" mainly after I shower. There are multiple veins on the left side of the scrotum, and underneath the testicle are multiple lumps/very thick veins. The largest one runs from the tip top of the left side of the scrotum, along side the bottom of the shaft, and it is about as thick as a NO.2 pencil.
Heres the weird part, I dont get. Hopefully somone can explain: This only happens at certain times. Other times, my sack looks normal and the testicles are easily visible, and feelable BUT painful....at this particular time tho...when my scrotum is loose hanging, these crazy huge veins are very very large, and very THERE...and yet, no pain associated at all, when i touch them.

What you could be describing is a normal male anatomy although the multiple veins and bumps could also be varicocele.

The thing is that you would need to see an urologist or a GP who would have to feel your testicles and see if there's anything abnormal going on or you have been feeling the regular veins, cords and tubes.
