I've been breastfeeding my baby who is now seven months old. Last week I began bleeding very lightly. The bleeding was red and lasted for four days. It doesn't feel like my period since I always used to bleed much heavier and longer during my periods. Is this my period returned? Does it mean that I am now fertile? How can I know?
