i went to the hospital with a lump in my left testical about 3 years ago and the doctor just said yep its a varicose seal if it causes you no pain then it wont be a problem!!! and it never was painfull so i thought nothing ofd it, untill yesterday when it bacame extremely painfull, just in time for christmas! GREAT.
Well, if it got so painful, it could be some kind of an bacterial infection of the tube at the back of the testicle that you perceived as varicocele pain. If it is unbearable, see a doctor of course.
