Hi I am a 48 year old female I have been feeling a vibrating sensation in my lower abdomen and on my lower right side. Sometimes I think its my cell phone. I have had two c-sections and my appendix out. Had my tubes tided 17 years ago, I am starting menapause, night sweats, skipped periods, weight gain, you name it. I don't want to go to the Doctor yet incase its nothing. Feel embarrassed
Can you help explain what is happening? |

Hi Cathy,
I have similar symptoms that are menopause-related. I also feel the vibration. I can feel it in my arms, chest, and sometimes abdomen. Mine was helped by Calc, Magnesium, and Zinc tablets, chelated. If I forget to take them, the vibrations get really bad. I have also mistaken my vibrations for my cell phone.
I get the worse at night, or perhaps I just notice them more then. I thought my dogs were trembling, so I would sit up to check them. To my surprise, is was ME.
Mine do come and go on clusters. I'm having them currently, and I have been forgetful about my Calc Mag Zinc pills.
Best of luck. |
