Knee Tendonitis Rehabilitation Workout without Equipment

This exercise is great for strengthening your body and legs.

You can perform it without any equipment.

Place lower hand and forearm flat on the floor and use upper arm for more stability and place it in front of your chest.

Your legs are extended.

Raise your hip so your body forms a straight line from toes to head.

Slowly return to basic position.

Repeat this motion several times and change sides.
