viginal itch and strange discharge during pregancy

I am about 3 months pregant and about a month ago I had a problem with itchy lumps on the side of my labia. It went away on its own but now I have the same problem again. It hurts to scratch and I have a chunky and white, but odorless discharge. Can someone tell me what it is?

You may have an infection or an allergic reaction.....see the gyno...it couldn't hurt.
