I have heard of one friend of mine about good effects of Vinegar. She said that could be so helpful with many conditions and menstruation problems too. Since I have profuse bleeding, and pain, I was thinking maybe it could help. I need to know more about Vinegar, if I am going to use it. Can you tell me if it really helps and is that sure?

Chronic pains and profuse menstruation has afflicted women for centuries, I am sure you know this. Since you are one of women with painful menstruations, I think there is no need for this question. The cider vinegar therapy certainly regulates and normalizes profuse bleeding, that is for sure. It could not harm you, and I could recommend you to try it. The dosage should be about two teaspoons of cider vinegar in a glassful of water. During your menstrual period, you should use it about three times a day. The diet should also be taken into consideration, I do not know if you ever tried to help yourself this way. Try with a high animal protein diet together with wheat products will cause considerable pain when the periods begin. However, important advice is that meat, poultry, fish and wheat should be eliminated from the diet. Use Vinegar, and keep your diet to the fresh raw fruits and fresh salads, together with the apple cider vinegar therapy, which is the best. In addition, plenty of water should be taken whilst menstruating, as this helps in a speedy elimination. I am sure this will help you, and reduce your pain and some other menstruation problems you have.

I'm not sure how the vinegar info works to help / hurt / neutral impact. The speech about animal protein, etc. is fine, but did not build on any tech info with sources I can use to understand the vinegar itself...not the other lifestyle and philosophical comments. I do appreciate the additional info, but sincerely request a breaking apart of sources and data, since I am trying to make a health decision and need to see the individual variables' impact...not a whole lifestyle impact. With thanks if specific data is out there....
