virginal white bumps

I have these white bumps in my virginal area, all over on the outside lips and inside.I have a white discharge that doesn't have any smell to it or anything. I have the same white bumps around my nipples and when i sneeze those they have a white substances that comes out. The bumps kinda burn a little and to note i haven't been sexual active before. I'm really scared to go the doctor because i dont want them to tell me something horrible, if i have an idea of what my problem is before i go it will make me not freakin out.

i have this too i've never had intercourse but when i sneeze nothing comes out
