for the past week i've been experiencing some strong pains in my belly that feels like mentsrual cramps and i vomitted twice with it, could i be pregnant?
I dont exactly know but i;ve been having stomach cramps for about 4 days now and they really hurt. I missed my period for about 2 weeks and then got one but it seemd more like a pinkish brown color?
