Hello! It has been almost a year now that I am regular with my walk jogging but it was just for recreation. Now I have this idea to start with some walk marathons preparations and would like to hear what they looks I like. Is it possible that walk marathons preparations are similar to the regular marathons preparations or there is any difference in approaching this issue?

Well I don't think there should be any significant difference maybe there is special walk marathon preparation but only regarding the special technique of walking manner involved in here so maybe you should have some another approach over this issue but basically I think that walk marathon preparations are in much ways similar to those regular marathon preparations. So you need to start with gradual preparations so that by weeks you increase your walking miles. Fitness trainings are very important for also in walk marathon the basic part is physical endurance as well as good cardio condition and you could reach this stage only by having regular combination of fitness and running training well combined with specific diet and rest patterns.
