I'm 31 with no excuse not to try to become better fit just like others I'm tried of all these diets that I can't trust.I love to jog on a treadmill I have been doing it every day for a week now.I refuse to give in this time.my hips and thighs seem to be going no where.does this seriously help.I hear now joggings not the best way walkings better.I would love to eat a set plan meal but can't afford to pay all these experts and not sure it will work.I'll try anything with some kind of serious outcome.
