Hi, I've been weightlifting 3 years without supplement and gain muscle on every body part too, the only thing I'm not satisfied is I still look lean but not to say skinny, it's better a lot than before anyway my body is not enough big and thick. I need to gain the size of my body, look bigger and thicker. So, I consider to take supplement but which I have to choose, Weight Gain or Protein Powder? I watched a 2004 Moscow Bodybuilder Competition, in 60kg Lightweight contest, every contestant look awesome and bigger too, they are muscular even just weight in 60kg. I think weight is not a problem, but if I can gain around 70kg something, it isn't bad too. I check out the GNC 2200 Weight Gain spec's, it contain 2200g calories and 74g protein inside because my goal is to gain size and get bigger, so would this product suit for me? How many times and scoops a day? Is it 1 scoop equal to 2200g calories and 74g protein? How about Protein Powder? My weight now is 63kg, 3 years before is 57kg, that means I only gain 6kg in these few years. I am 29 years old now.

I use 3 years to build up my body, is it normal? because I heard somebody can build up in 6 months or a year.
