we are trying to have a baby but are finding it hard to consive what is the best road to go down

Try using Ovulation Prediction Kits, this can pinpoint when ovulation is about and has occured this could give you a better chance at becoming pregnant, make sure that you are having intercourse everyday up till you find out that you are ovulating as well, if you wait till after you are ovulating that chance of becoming pregnant go down, since the egg can only survive for about 24 to 48 hours, you want to make sure that the sperm reaches your cervix and is in the right place when the egg if released....Wish you lots of luck!!!

Sorry I forgot to mention that you can buy these kits at any drugstore and they are really easy to use!!!
