wanting to know...could i be pregnant

i have always had a 32 day cycle.the period i had from the 26th february till the 3rd marth .was normal but on the 20th march i spotted a little bit which i never do then on day 32 which was the 29th march i thought i got my period wich i did then it stopped then started then stopped again (all this in a matter of 2 days )then had some cramping and some diaria and now i have a stuffy nose bit like a cold but not that bad.i took a pregnancy test this morning but it came up negitive.if i am pregnant i would be on my 6 week nealy 7th.any advise on this would be great

Hi there! Here is how I counted…..if your last period was on the 26th, so your next should have been on the 29th like you said. Your ovulation for this past cycle should have occurred on the 14th or 15th , which is 14, 15 days before your next period was supposed to come. If you were ovulating on the 14, 15, and had unprotected sex at the time or some days around these dates (as sperm could live up to 7 days), you could have gotten pregnant.
You said you had spotting on the twentieth, which is a perfect timing for the implantation (6-12 days post ovulation) that may manifest itself through spotting and mild cramping.

Now, if you did get pregnant, you would be in the 5th week, right?

So, if you took the hpt, it should have showed positive and I think you should have a blood test done now by your doc! The symptoms you had look like pregnancy occurred but you never know!

Although colds and flues can interfere with the cycle, I am not sure if it were that severe. I usually am not distracted (regarding periods) when I get sick!
