hi my name is lee i am 56yrs old 6-3 and about 95 kg, i have always been fit and healthy.
I had a 4 bypass about 8yrs ago, this came as quite a shock, i recovered really quickly as if nothing happened. until now
Several things happened at once.. i became short of breath at the littlest amount of exercise i became quite weak, i discovered my heart was fibulating out of rhythm and my stomach was swelling and i felt really sick. these are not necessary in order, but once my doctor discovered my heart was beating irregular i was put on warfarin, then given tablets to make me stop feeling sick and tabs for my swelling stomach. i have been in hospital for tests they put die in my body and slid me under a revolving xray machine. they told me i have pockets in my bowl which fill up with junk and swells my stomach and makes me feel sick.
what are the effects of warfarin please.?
I cant work, I'm feeling very weak, is their an alternative herbal medicine,?
i am seeing my cardiologist this week he is giving me a stress test and i will be wearing stickers all over my chest with a battery pack for 24hrs this is i believe to monitor my heart.
please would you give me some advice i am so discouraged.
i feel a wreck, hopeless cant do anything. yours faithfully lee |

Sorry to hear you are having such distressing problems.
The warfarin is to thin your blood and prevent any clot formation.
I would definately follow your doctors orders and not concern yourself with herbal remedies.
Trust your doctors. They know what they are doing. Ask them to explain everything they are doing. Ask questions. Be persistent.
Most of all, don't loose hope. Hang in there good buddy. |
