| Hi. I am a 17 years old guy, and I have just started to work out. My friend has his own gym, with weights, and even few machines. Because we work out in his garage, we both don't work out under any supervision of a professional, so, I would be grateful if you could explain to me warm up routines, and other stuff that I should know about before I "really" start working out. Thanks. |

| It would be great if you could run a little from time to time. That's the cardio exercises. They help you develop good healthy lungs. Stretch before every exercise, and warm au before every work out. I usually start with the neck warm-up, than arms, hips, knees, and legs. That means everything. If you are in a hurry, you don't have to warm that part of your body that you are not going to do that day. Again, make sure you run a bit before your work-out. |
