was this actually my period?

i have an irregular period, one month i get iut the other month i dont. In july i had it then it came on sept 24-29 then i got it again on november 3-6 and me and my boyfriend are both HIV negative we luckily have no diseases, we had intimate intercourse on dec 11 for my first time, i was very nervous because i have alot ahead of me and i dont want to get pregnant. He is very aware of that, and respects me and he also doesnt feel ready for such a drastic change. I was obviously very tense, it being my first time. he was going very gently and i would pause because it was hurting. Then he said that if he does it dry it will hurt me alot and he doesnt want to hurt me , i was wet so first he put a condom on and i was so tight it didnt go in all the way, so after awhile he took it off and i got very nervous, he said it wouldnt i was very tight, then i touched to see if he was wet and he said that if i feel wet is because i was wet, that he hasnt ejaculated or anything taht i was wet, so after with out a condom he tried again and i was getting my muscles relaxed and then it went in not all the way but enough then i was in pain so i couldnt go on, so when i got home my underwear had a lil spot of blood, i called him and he said that it was the tissue that broke menaing am not a virgin anymore, so then i started thinking 10000 thoughts, omg what if am pregnant?, what if he did cum? do you feel it when they come? and he said your not i didnt what u felt wet was yourself. so on dec 15 i got my "period" the next morning on the 16 i had it really light, then it dissapeared so what does this mean?...i know am use to getting my period when ever it feels like it, but now am scared, i wnat to be very responsible with my body and understand the actions im doing !! help
