What can be the possible cause of watery eyes? I had sinusitis before, and then my eyes were watering too. But I don’t have headaches….and it doesn’t seem like sinusitis this time. What else it could be?

Well, lots of things can cause watery eyes, like eye irritation from smoke or even infection, eyelash in eye or some other foreign body, even a spicy food or allergies. Anyway you need to see a doctor. There are other more serious conditions such as eyelid disorders or lupus.
