wattery blood, along with pain between my leggs.

I ended my period a week ago, last night is bed i had really sharp pains between my leggs inside and out, almost felt like sombody has kicked me really hard between the leggs. When i woke up this morrning i had a small amount of wattery pink blood in my underwear. Its been bleeding all day, verry small amounts but it is and i feel a small amount of pain inside and out. This may sound crazy but it almost feels like i did about a week after having a baby. I havent had sex in the past few days either. Can you help me?
