please help me.it is impossible for me to get a solid erection.i can only get a solid erection if i stay away from sex about a month.the worst is that before i even start having sex,i have ejaculated.this has been my problem right from the time i had my first sex.i am 28 now.it's embarrasing so i decided to satisfy myself by masturbating.i had a heart surgery recently.i have been wondering.please tell me...
